Orders and Delivery


When will my order be delivered?

You can track the date your order will be delivered to you from the My Order tab in the 'My Account' section.

Your orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are shipped on the same day, and your orders after 16:00 are shipped the next day.

Cargo is not sent on public holidays.

Which cargo company is my order sent with?

Your Cagriipek.com orders are sent by HepsiJET and Aras Kargo companies.

 

There is no cargo company in our location. How will I receive my order?

It can deliver products to all points in Turkey.


Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver abroad. Shipping is provided by DHL cargo. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days.
How can I cancel my order? When will my return amount be refunded to my credit card?

You can cancel your order from the return cancellation request section in the My Orders section of your profile by logging in to our site. The product I ordered arrived defective. What should I do?

If you send the product to us within the 14-day return period, the necessary checks will be made and the product(s) will be replaced if it is in stock. If the product/products are not in stock, you can replace your product with a different product or your order will be returned and a refund will be given.

 

Why is the invoice sent on the package?

Return and Order Cancellation


Can I return my order?

You can return the products in your order, along with the invoice, within 14 days following the day they are delivered to you, provided that they are unused and the packaging is undamaged.

 

How can I return my order?
