Sales Agreement

Warranty Conditions

• If the sold product turns out to be defective, the BUYER may exercise the optional rights specified in the law (refund, free repair, exchange with a non-defective product, or price reduction).

• The warranty period and conditions are stated in the warranty certificate sent with the product.

• If damage is detected upon delivery, the BUYER must have a report drawn up by the courier and should not accept the product.

• Faults caused by misuse are outside the scope of the warranty.

• Return requests can be made by the BUYER within the withdrawal period or in case of defective goods.

• The product to be returned; It must be returned unused, with all accessories, invoice, and any gift items included.

• Once the return process is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the method the BUYER used for payment.

• Except for legal return rights, in returns made within the scope of a campaign or satisfaction, return shipping costs may be borne by the BUYER.

Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the contract is performed are authorized.

Effective Date

By confirming the payment for the order placed through the SITE, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
