Warranty and Return Conditions
| Right of Withdrawal |
| The consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason. The withdrawal notification can be made in writing, by email or online. In service purchases, this period starts from the conclusion of the contract. The consumer must return the product within 14 days; the seller must refund the price within the same period. |
| Return Conditions and Process |
| The product to be returned must be unused and sent complete with its box, accessories and invoice. The return process and conditions are clearly stated on our website. When the consumer initiates a return request, the necessary instructions are immediately provided. |
| Non-Returnable Products |
| The right of withdrawal and return is not granted for the following products due to legal regulations: - Products prepared specifically for the individual - Products with an expiration date or perishable products - Opened hygiene/health products, digital content - Subscriptions, periodicals, accommodation and similar seasonal services |
| Non-Deliverable Products |
| If the product becomes unavailable, the seller will inform the consumer within 3 days of learning of this situation and refund the payment within 14 days. |
| Warranty Conditions |
| If there is damage during delivery, it must be inspected in front of the courier and a report must be drawn up. Deformation or defects in originality of the product are considered outside the scope of the warranty. In case of defective goods, the consumer can exercise their legal rights. |
