Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), with [YILMAZ ERSOY] (“SITE” or “Company”), www.cagriipek.com, within the framework of the following conditions.

Subject and Scope

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for benefiting from the services offered by the SITE and the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Conditions

You must be over 18 years of age to become a member.
Membership application is completed by completely filling out the registration form on the SITE and approving the Agreement electronically.
The SITE has the right to reject membership applications that it deems inappropriate.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

MEMBERS:
- It is obligatory to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
- He is responsible for username and password security.
- Cannot use the SITE contrary to the law, morality and intended use.
SITE:
- It has the right to change the services, contents and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
- We cannot be held responsible for any interruption of service due to technical malfunctions that may occur in the system.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data shared by the MEMBER during the membership process are processed within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Use, storage and destruction policies of the SITE Stated in the Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, images and software on the SITE are protected under copyright and trademark legislation. MEMBER cannot reproduce, copy or use these contents for commercial purposes without permission.

Termination of the Agreement

The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
If the MEMBER acts contrary to the Agreement or legislation, the SITE may unilaterally terminate the membership.

Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of the place of residence of the parties shall have jurisdiction.

Effective Date

By checking the "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" box while registering on the SITE, the MEMBER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
